In case of larger heating systems, we recommend the filling by means of the reusable GENO-therm® cartridge and the make-up feed by means of the disposable GENO-therm® cartridge.

Between make-up feeds, the disposable cartridge may remain firmly connected to the filling device and does not need to be removed. The disposable cartridge is designed for full demineralisation and is screwed to the adapter (with built-in non-return valve and flow stabiliser) of the filling device.

As an optional accessory, we recommend using the GENO-therm® conductivity measuring cell to easily and reliably determine when the cartridge is exhausted.

The disposable GENO-therm® cartridge may also be used without the filling device but with hoses which are available separately or as part of the GENO-therm® cases. Thus, smaller heating systems may be filled. If it is directly connected to the heating system, its proper installation according to DIN EN 1717 must be ensured. When the cartridge is exhausted, it may be discharged with the household waste (waste code number: 190905).
