The BOXER® K is a filter that not only guarantees optimum filtration but also safety and reliability with regard to hygiene. The filter cylinder is made of transparent blue, high-strength plastics and can be screwed on and off manually. Therefore, the replacement of the filter element is very easy and can be done without any tools. Furthermore, the filter cylinder is resistant against standard household cleaning agents.
A drain connection is not required for the BOXER® K. According to DIN EN 806-5 the filter element is to be replaced every six months for hygienic reasons. The integrated date indicator visually reminds you of replacing it. Grünbeck offers 20 years of guaranteed spare parts supply for all filter elements of this type.
The rotatable connection flange offers more flexibility for all kinds of installation situations as the BOXER® K can either be mounted into vertical or horizontal pipes without any need for additional installation material.
The series version of the BOXER® K includes a filter element with a fineness of 80 µm, however, it can also be equipped with cartridges of 50 µm, 20 µm and 5 µm.
The modular design of the filter allows for its quick conversion into a backwash filter BOXER® R or an automatic filter BOXER® A.
